A DIY project of a brachiograph plotter I made with kids to have fun and learn some technology stuff.

I joined different networks with my laptop and had to adjust the proxy settings manually quite often. Hence, I wrote this small proxy selection tool for windows.

The Image Cytometry Standard (ICS) is a file format for images, primarily in microscopy imaging. The file format has been described by `Dean1990`. The library `libics` is a C library to read an write ICS image files. This module wraps the functions provided by libics to Python.
